Mustang buys three Nevada leases

In Nevada, Mustang Geothermal Corp. (formerly Urex Energy Corp. has completed the purchase of three geothermal leases in the state from Minera Inc. and Minera Cerro El Diablo of Reno, Nevada and Dakota Resource Holdings LLC of Spearfish, South Dakota. The agreements will have Mustang paying a total of 14 million shares of the company’s common stock. The leases total 9800 acres.
