FutureWorld acquires SONNENTECH

In Florida, alternative energy company Futureworld Energy, Inc. completed the acquisition of privately-held SonnenTech, a p. for $7.5 million in preferred stock. SonnenTech engineers, designs and implements solutions for the geothermal, solar thermal and cogeneration markets. FutureWorld says initial applications will be in commercial grade solar thermal systems for hot water generation. Subsequent product offerings will include geothermal systems, including solar cooling and solar dehumidification components, and cogeneration systems.
